★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total waste of time and money. Asked for gel nails....they were so thick and lumpy. The whites (french manicure) and the shapes were so uneven. Within an hour after leaving, one broke off where they had started the white tip for the french manicure as I was opening my car door. I called to go back and fix it as I had an event to go to that night....the manager argued with me about it and said they had paying customers and didn't have time for me. Did I not just pay to get them done at your business an hour ago??? The manager went on to say that she had me on speaker phone for all the clients that were there to hear the conversation....I wasnt rude, just firm, so I dunno what she was trying to prove, but whatever. She then told me to come at closing time and someone would fix it. When I went in the nail tech told me to find somewhere else to get my nails done next time. It's funny that they were arrogant enough to think I would come back after they were so condescending and rude about fixing their sub par work. Whoever their manager is desperately needs customer service training.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to this salon about four times and each time they get frustrated that I can’t relax my hands. Apparently your hands need to be rubber. I had my nails done today and the first lady start and within about two minutes I was switched to another lady who was so rough with my hands I felt like I was getting punished because I did not relaxed. I have never been so roughly treated as I was today. Mark my words I will never go there again ever….. I will not be treated like shit….

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional. The nail lady didn't try to do what I wanted and was very rude. I felt robed, I was charged more than what the prices showed. Never coming back again. $120 for just refil and shellac on my toes... not to mentioned they charge extra to remove cuticle - that should be already included within the manicure.
