Chance number 3..asked for a Timbit for my dog. Was charged for it. Every Tim hortons from here to Toronto gives dogs a free tim bit. You chincy pathetic excuse for a coffee shop. I'm gonna tell everyone to stay away from this location.. coffee tatsed like soap..my friend had curdled milk. Just close your doors

We hired this company to install our flooring on the main floor, the final result looks good BUT we are unhappy with a few things that the owner did not seem to care to rectify. We were given a quote and when they started installing the floor our floor was uneven and had to spend a significant amount of extra time to even it all out. We are very happy that he honored his original quote and did not charge us more. 1. The overall process of this installation seemed disorganized, wasted time running back and forth to supplier to get bags of mortar which extended the project even longer. 2. We agreed to have tile cutting done in our garage as it was snowing and cold out. However we also expected the door from the garage to the house would remain closed during cutting. As a result, the amount of dust that accumulated was immense. The ENTIRE house was covered in THICK layer of white dust. Though your crew had "cleaned" up after, the garage floor is STILL covered in thick chunks of mortar that drags back inside the house even after our multiple attempts to chip it all off. 3. Since everything was covered by snow at the time of the install we did not notice what seems to be buckets of either mortar or grout or both dumped onto our front lawn as well as neighbors lawn. There is also about 4" thick clump of mortar on the sidewalk next to our garage. Once the snow melted the lawn was a disgusting white mess with mortar and multiple tile pieces. 4. We also had him seal our flooring, when the sealant was applied it was fairly milky and white. When we asked if that would go away, he said yes, once it dries it will all be absorbed. Well, that is not the case and our tan grout is now white and the edges of all tiles are white even after scrubbing with a brush! 5. Lastly, there was one small piece of tile that was not cut next to one of the walls, he shrugged it off with "drywall and baseboard will cover it". We now have the drywall up and baseboard and there is still an inch gap! We had contacted the owner via text and he "promised" to come back and cut the missing piece. He never returned our follow up calls. After another 3 e-mail attempts, we received the following response " I am in Fort Mac onsite working oil sands I won't be back in Calgary until the end of May" this was written mid April. He had not offered to have one of his crew come back and cut the piece, there was no apology whatsoever. Comments like that really make one feel like they hired a fly by night company to do their flooring. Though the rest of the tile looks good, we rated this install poor-fair mainly due to the lack of professionalism, cleanliness and accountability and would not recommend to friends or family.

I had them come in to my 1000sqft condo. The did an amazing job removing the old floor and keep the site tidy and organized. The selection process was a breeze, I was given multiple samples to lay in my home instead of have to go to a showroom to decide. I was able to match with my colors. The install itself was very professional, they were very respectful of my neighbors and following my condo boards rules. Such a pleasure. I have recommend them to friends family and business associates. Top notch service at a competitive price.
