★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carpet and flooring guys were prompt and helpful, however... roofing and skylight? The worst. Ive called many times over the last 2 weeks and have been told EVERY TIME "you will receive a call tomorow. Its been about 10 business tomorrows and these guys just lost a roof job. Thanks for at least making me look up other reliable contractors. Ill give you that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consistency is what I like about these guys: CONSISTENTLY DISAPPOINTING. At a time of pandemic they are the only one who saved on their tech and was not able to implement tap system at the register. That is fine. Selection of some items is beyond mediocre: one small dust pan coupke brooms. That us not lack of supplies! They are not in the inventory. You can waist twice in two weeks time Wai ting until system reboots. Securing inventory is impossible - the answer is: go there and check. Lady i customer service with her 2 inch nails:"Yes, honey!" And I am not the honey at 58. On question about when stock of fixtures will be available, the answer was: "Whenever purchasing in the US will se ode.".sowhy is this store here at?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went mid-week to buy some paint. There was no-one at the paint desk and even after the tannoy system called for help at the paint desk, no-one showed up. Other assistants didn't know who was supposed to be there so after 15 minutes I left to go to another not-Lowes store that actually had staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service experience. Nothing works properly in this store compare to 2 years ago. Store management is very poor and mismanage. Really bad behaviour of manager with their employees. Lack of product knowledge, lack of training and demotivated staff because of new untrained and rude management people. Always lack of people and no help for even nominal stuff. 2 years ago, this store was a top performer in the calgary or maybe in whole country but since the new store manager has joined this store few months ago, this store is no longer a good place to shop or work. Poor management skills from the top and store itself. No staff at all and there no sense what they are selling. Very disrespectful and zero knowledge management people.

Seriously, I would just go to home depot.
Their prices and customer service is way better then this place. Stay away! Don't waste your time.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employees are never nice or helpful. This time I was trying to purchase an electrical outlet cover. The price was clear on the website, the sign above the item matched and was clearly marked but a different (of course higher) price came up at checkout. I went from self checkout to checkout line to customer service, even walking with them back to the item to show the price and they would not solve their problem. Next I was made to wait for an electrical associate. It was only a dollar difference but for me it was the principle. If they advertise and display at a certain price that should be what I pay. Since I've run into this before at Lowes I'm starting to think it's not an innocent error.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time we have been to this Lowe's we have had OUTSTANDING service. The first time, we bought a stud finder and were walking out the door when an employee literally came out after us asking if we had batteries because they weren't included. She saved us a trip back!
The second time we went in looking for a patio table on clearance and they were sold out except for the display. We asked an employee if we could buy it and they went out of their way to get the manager AND gave us 20% off the clearance price without us even asking. They helped us wrap it up and get it into our vehicle.
I will bring my service here every time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and knowledgable staff as well as a great selection of appliances at very competitive prices. I visited the store to purchase a refrigerator. The gentleman that helped me out was very patient and very knowledgeable. I know nothing of refrigerators so I had a lot of questions. I spent about 45 minutes with this fellow comparing features and brands and not even once did he become impatient with me. In fact he was the opposite , kind with a sense of humour! Also, I had this refrigerator delivered and the two gentlemen that delivered it were the most professional delivery people I have ever had to my house! They were prompt, to the point, and they moved through my house with care. They were fast, friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend this store if you are in the market for appliances !
