B	Brie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All I wanted was some layers and a trim to get rid of dry ends but it quickly became a terrible experience. After getting my hair washed, I was left with my upper back soaked with water. Not sure how this happened, but it was incredibly annoying. Instead of chopping off 2 inches as requested, the owner chopped off 5 inches and blamed it on me for not communicating that I wanted a trim, not layers. She tried to fix it, but it just got worse to the point where I just wanted to leave and be done with it. I was also left with this weird rat tail thing in the back. Needless to say, I was so upset with the result that I immediately walked into another salon to fix what they could (including chopping off that horrendous rat tail!). Now I have to wait for my hair to grow out. One thing is for certain though-- I will never return to Hair1010. Also, I agree with the other reviewer who mentioned how unprofessional the owner was. It definitely felt uncomfortable witnessing how she treated her employees.
B	BooBear Boo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to get a haircut. I tend to get more edgier hairstyles (lots of angles) and need someone I trust doing it, so I go here and have the owner cut my hair. She is nice to talk to and will work out every detail to make sure it's done right, I put complete trust in her and she's done an incredible job. Price is good, $27 for a women's wash, cut and style. It is cash only, so I've had to run down to the ATM below but that isn't a problem. My go-to place, definitely try it out if your looking for a personalized style.

I just wanted to get hair cut but it took 1and half hour even excluded waiting time. She couldn't focus cutting my hair. She did everything during cutting my hair. Also price is so expensive. I payed $40 just hair cut Like high class spa. But the place is not good and service was terrible. I

Price never match with supposedly 'promo', while anything beyond cutting hair can be actually harmful since 'talkative' lady tends to misuse some of the products. You might have better luck with doing by yourself at home.

Kelly is fast and furious, and excellent in cutting layers and long layers. You just have to watch her cut it and you would know she is super good.

The hair stylist is very knowledgeable on all trends, and styles. She even helped me deal with hair isuses other hair salons couldn't fix. Highly recommended!
