It was purchased at this store, but it was too large for me and I wasn’t given a gift receipt that would allow me to exchange it. Also, it was past the regular time allowed for the bracelet to be exchanged. They recognized me as a previous customer and after providing information about the purchase, they very graciously did the exchange. I so appreciate the wonderful customer service I received from both Andy and Dolly! I very happily recommend their store!
