★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had absolutely great experience today at Gutars Plus. It was my first time at the store and you can really tell that they dig guitars. I needed my guitar set up. After Roland assessed my guitar he determined that it would be better if I take it to a luthier who specializes in specific repair I needed. They recommended another local business as opposed of doing the work themselves. Their act showed me that they put customer needs first.

I corresponded with Kurt via email to share photos of my gear and he responded quickly. We arranged a time for me to drop off my gear and everything went smoothly. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brough a used guitar I brought for a set-up. Ian was very helpful and brought this guitar to another level. Best service I’ve ever had. Even the humblest instrument comes out of there playing at its best. Ever time I’m there I head Kurt giving out safe advice putting customer service first. I couldn’t be happier with the guitar. Only store I need to visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just spend a couple of days in Victoria and went to this shop recommended by my friend. I was completely blown away by the fantastic shopping experience and how friendly the staff were. I bought a pack of bass strings and a foot switch. The staff even taught me some bass technique. It's really a gem in Victoria!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent! I brought in a bass bought elsewhere, supposedly set up properly. Not quite. They adjusted my truss rod for free and its a bunch better! I had my eye on a beautiful Cort C4 bass there and so happy with the service that i bought that, a guitar bag and stand as well. Will be my go to store!
