★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome service, friendly staff. Love the rustic interior. Great variety of guitars and ukuleles. Will be coming here from now on. One of the few music shops around vancouver that doesn't have insane markup on their instruments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has phenomenal staff that are incredibly helpful. I don't know much about guitars, but had one that needed a couple minor repairs and new strings before I could start to use it. They helped me with the repairs, picking out strings, and taught me how to replace the strings myself.
Prices seem like they're reasonable, and I feel confident saying that this store is clearly here out of a passion for music rather than to make a quick buck. Highly recommend.

They are expensive but comparing how good they are they are cheap.
Quality is very high. Only the teacher is always late, every time he reaps me off with some time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love Neil Douglas for lessons and musical instruments and accessories. Kids have taken group and individual lessons and their teachers are very supportive and communicate well with parents. Staff in the music store are very friendly and helpful and prices are comparable with online and bigger box stores. It is awesome we have a shop locally in New West where we can get strings, capos, picks and tuners. Great ukulele selection too!
