About an hour later of trying everything imaginable, Bryce, MacGyvered a setup that now works and maybe even sounds better than before!
Bryce and other staff members went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchases and I will 10/10 recommend them. Fantastic customer service.

Service was friendly a little frazzled not sure why but over all decent .
Bought a tiny little synth that’s been great fun during the floods .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in this store to look for a mixer analog and staff were already there to assist. They made me very comfortable while looking what I need. When they dont have the stuff, KRISTOPHER, the manager provided the mixer analog by ordering it for me. When I went back and picked it up, he made an effort and literally showed it to me how to manage the mixer and how to set up a sound system. I was able to buy quality sound equipments at very good price. (Discounted price) Then he helped me loading the equipment in my vehicle and offered to call him if I have issue with the equipments. Excellent service.

Not only did they already have the bass in stock, they not only price matched the other store and then retroactively price matched a Boxing Day sale again the next week. Outstanding! I was a very happy customer. Thanks guys, I will be back. 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
