J	Jim Bourne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In Sept of 2017 I ordered a replacement amp module for a Mackie Thump TH-15A by phone. I paid for the unit and waited for it to arrive. On December 7, 2017 I messaged Maestro Audio to ask what happened, and finally it was shipped on December 15 (the receipt for paying for it was Sept 21 and a facebook message saying it was being shipped was December 16 saying it was shipped the day before). Funny it was only a week after that it was shipped, it's like he forgot.. That's all fine, the correct amp showed up and I wasn't in a rush but the turn around was really bad. The second amp went this past summer and I messaged the facebook page saying "Hi! Long time no talk! The second powered speaker has crapped out, and I'll need a replacement for it. Let me know the price and eta please! Thanks!" Maestro sent the wrong amp (Thump 15A instead of a TH-15A). No problem I figured, I'd return it and get the correct one. I messaged as soon as I realized it was the wrong one (when I received it), then again 5 days later because there was no response. Finally he responded that he can't take it back, and I won't be getting a refund. He didn't bother looking at what I ordered before and claims he is using a new invoice system so he couldn't go back and look (because we're not required to keep records on transactions?). Confirmation of the item, especially when two products have very close model numbers would be prudent. He also never stated that it was non-returnable and there is no return policy posted on either his website or facebook page. I wouldn't recommend using Maestro Audio to anyone as they have incredibly questionable business practices and do NOT consider their customers an asset.

N	N Ambrose on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ took my guitar amp.. in. he had it for 2 weeks when i called to so how repairs were coming, he had not looked at it yet. third week the same thing. as the fourth week grew near i contacted him again he still had not looked at it. But, he did call back later the same day saying he had no idea how to fix the problem with my amp. this would have been handy to know a few weeks prior so that i would not be without my amplifier for so f'n long. and now i am still without an amp. and to top it all off i was charged 40 bucks for him to store my amp the 4 weeks and decide he could not fix it.

I thought it was going to take all week so I was surprised with the efficiency! He was even so kind to teach/show me the basics of changing the strings as I wanted to learn. Thank you so much I am very satisfied. What a nice guy! Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to get their guitar fixed.
