★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent repair on my saxophone by the band repair tech at the Langley store. He was recommended by a friend of mine so I drove from Vancouver to drop off my sax. The required repairs were explained to me in a way that was easily understood. Since I was trying to save some money, I appreciated that some repairs that were optional were not included in the repair quote. The repairman is very knowledgeable about instruments! Excellent service, friendly technician, great prices and therefore highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was music blasting which is to be expected but also an employee playing a particularly loud piano over the music making it impossible to hear anything including the one employee who was trying to help us. We tried asking questions but we couldn't hear her and seemed like she didn't know much any way. It was a sonic nightmare and it's hard to feel good about our purchase not getting any real answers about the audio recorder we bought. Good thing they have a no returns policy around audio recorders because of COVID!

I soon realized that Tom Lee is where it’s at. All the staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in their products. They really care about their customers and always go the extra mile. Big Thankyou to Andre and the rest of the Tom Lee family for all the assistance and knowledge they’ve provided me with. ??????
