E	E on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing customer service with a wide selection of material for all ages. The store has a fun atmosphere and the staffs energy was polite and jovial. I’d love to work here in my spare time as it seems an enjoyable experience. Definitely going to be a regular customer.

Do not recommend this store to ANYBODY who has the will to live. If I could rate negative stars I would. Made me consider death. Olivia is definition of a waste of my time.
S	Selena M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible service. Vinyl is not organized, can't figure out how they have differentiated between letters. When I asked I was given the reason that the young man had only been back for his second shift and didnt know what happened. The woman working at the till didnt offer much help either. Both of them knowing this didnt show any care to fix the issue, just acceptable to leave. Disappointed and wont be returning. As someone who has worked retail this is unacceptable and they obviously dont get paid enough to care.
W	Wandering Surf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure what to make of Sunrise. They can't decide if they are a record store, or a movie store, or a tshirt and sock store. Etc. And anytime you focus on lots of things, you suffer on each item. I go in for records, and they could have so much better selection with the size they are. Instead the prices are Sky high compared to Any other store that sells records, from Crazy Bob's, to London Drugs, to Urban Safari, the list goes on. On the other hand the woman that helped me today went out of her way to dig out something for me so that was nice. And they had some Record Store Day releases which was great. I see the owner replies to reviews, so I'd say please shrink your movies, cd's toys and games and bring more vinyl in.
m	mike jaxsons on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Received the worst customer service from Teresa L. (The so-called manager) at this location. BE AWARE! and STAY CLEAR of this location. Here's what happened. I messaged the instagram store account and they do not reply to customer inquires. I asked if they have the Olivia Rodrigo CD at their location. They do not reply. I went to Coquitlam and I bought it there. Why could Willowbrooke not reply back? I just wanted to know if the CD is in stock to buy it. Months later the so-called Manager (Teresa L) sends me vulgar expletives on instagram because I asked her for music recommendations, is there anything interesting you could recommend to buy. She replied calling me an A-hole, to get a life, and not follow people on Instagram. LOL! What kind of so-called manager is this. Hello! It's instagram. There's nothing with following stores or people or asking for music recommendations. This is a person representing your company. You have trained your employee poorly and their behaviour is a direct result of your poor training. Because of this I will not be returning to Willowbrooke in the future, so you have a lost a long-time customer or thousands of dollars in purchases because Teresa L. wrote that I am an A-hole and some other vulgar expletives. I only asked for music recommendations. There's nothing wrong with that, thank you VERY MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If i could rate, minus 100000000000000000000000 stars I would!!
