Mes parents se sont procuré un système de climatisation et de chauffage il y a 2 ans, au départ ils étaient très satisfaits mais au mois de mai dernier, les problèmes ont débutés. L’appareil coule à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur. Ma mère a contacté la compagnie dès l’apparition des problèmes. On lui disait qu’On allait donner suite à son appel dans les 24h… et elle restait chez elle à attendre un suivi qui n’arrivait pas. Elle se privait d’aller dehors. Elle a fini par avoir un technicien qui est passé et qui a constaté qu’il devait changer une pièce, il a également brisé les trappes de ventilation lors de son passage. Il a laissé un numéro de téléphone si ma mère avait besoin de le rappeler… le numéro n’était même plus en service. Mes parents ont dû endurer les canicules de cet été et toujours sans suivi. Le 20 juillet, je me suis fait dire que la pièce était commandée et qu’elle arriverait dans 10 jours et qu’on allait me rappeler pour prendre un rendez-vous pour la réparation. Le 20 août, toujours sans nouvelle, je recontacte la compagnie et on me répond que la pièce est Back ordre. Le 15 septembre, on m’a dit un technicien vous rappellera d’ici 24h… nous sommes le 23 septembre et je n’ai eu aucun retour d’appel depuis…. J’ai l’impression que cette compagnie abuse des personnes âgées, ils vendent sous pression et par la suite lorsqu’il y a des problèmes, ils ne donnent aucun service. Je suis vraiment écœurée par cette compagnie et de leur pas service après vente. Tres rapide pour vendre et installer, pour le reste on repassera.
My parents bought an air conditioning and heating system 2 years ago, initially they were very satisfied but last May the problems started. The device leaks inside and out. My mother contacted the company as soon as the problems first appeared. We told her that we would follow up on her call within 24 hours ... and she stayed at home, waiting for a follow-up that did not come. She didn't want to go outside. She ended up having a technician come by and found he had to change a part, he also broke the ventilation hatches on his way. He left a phone number if my mom needed to call him back… the number wasn't even in service anymore. My parents had to endure the heat waves of this summer and still without follow-up. On July 20, I was told that the part was ordered and would arrive in 10 days and that I would be called back to make an appointment for the repair. On August 20, still without news, I contacted the company again and I was told that the part was Back order. On September 15th, I was told a technician will call you back within 24 hours ... it is September 23rd and I haven't had a call back since ... I have the impression that this company is abusing the elderly, they sell under pressure and then when there are problems, they do not provide any service. I am really sick of this company and their poor after sales service. Very quick to sell and install, for the rest we will come back.

Mon mari et moi avons fait installé cette belle "cochonnerie" depuis fin 2018. D'abord le jour de l'installation, ils sont parti et la machine ne fonctionnait même pas. Ils on dû revenir à plusieurs reprises pour changer jusqu'à la thermopompe. Il y a quelques jours, parce que notre système à 22,000$ ne réussi pas à chauffer toute notre maison j'ai dû loger un appel de service afin de savoir ce qui se passait. Le technicien nous a dit qu'à partir de -17C la machine ne réussi à faire sa "job" comme elle le devrait. Ça prend autre chose comme les plinthes électriques pour avoir un petit minimum de 20C dans la maison. Ça ils ne nous le disent pas quand on achète et en plus ils nous on menti en nous faisant croire qu'on sauverait 100$ d'électricité par mois, nous, ça nous a couté plus cher depuis l’Installation et imaginer chauffer avec 2 systèmes, notre facture d'électricité monte en flèche et on en marre. Alors le conseil que je peux vous donner, servez-vous de notre mauvaise expérience et ne vous faites pas avoir comme nous. Achetez-vous plutôt un chauffage au gaz et vous en sortirez gagnant.
My husband and I have had this beautiful "junk" installed since the end of 2018. First on the day of installation they left and the machine didn't even work. They had to come back several times to change to the heat pump. A few days ago, because our $22,000 system failed to heat our entire house, I had to call for service to find out what was going on. The technician told us that from -17C the machine failed to do its "job" as it should. It takes something else like electric baseboard heaters to have a minimum of 20C in the house. They don't tell us that when we buy and in addition they lied to us by making us believe that we would save $100 in electricity per month, for us, it cost us more since the Installation and imagine heating with 2 systems, our electricity bill is skyrocketing and we're fed up. So the advice I can give you, use our bad experience and don't be fooled like us. Instead, buy a gas heater and you'll be a winner.

The representative they sent tried to convince us to buy heat pumps and deal with them but after we signed , he vanished and in the form The adress provided is wrong. also the email address was also wrong. Please be careful.

I have a heating system installed about a year ago, to replace an older fuel oil heater. when I asked, the rep told me that there was no subsidy from Laval for the replacement anymore. Turned out that they actually didn't have the license required by the city in order to get the subsidy. When I asked them about it, they promised they would get the license soon. The back and forth went for about a couple of months until they stopped responding any emails or calls. They also broke my back door after removing the fuel oil tank. When I tried to go to their office I found out the address was bogus and their website too. So I ended back with a broken backdoor and a lost city subvention plus a highly overpiced heating system.

I don’t understand how this company is rated 4 stars on google. They have the worst service or should I say no service at all! They are great to solicit you with door to door and sell their product and promising you prompt service and misrepresenting that they have 24 hours customer service. They do, only it’s a third party call Center answering the call and sending the company a message advising you they’ll call you back in 24 hrs. Good luck getting a call back or even a technician to show up. We’ve called multiple times to hope to get to get a hold of a technician and we never did. It’s the worst after purchase service I have ever seen. When you sign the contract, the sales rep and central calls you and repeatedly tell you that if a technician doesn’t come when you call you get deducted 500$ off your bill every time! Let me tell you they owe us a couple thousands at this point and it’s a lawsuit waiting to happen! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, don’t fall into their scam when they knock at your door and try to convince you to buy their product. Go to any other place that’s more reputable and respectable in terms of honouring their word than this company. Wanted to encourage local but definitely not at the price of suffocating in summer extreme heats when nobody answers the service call or seeing the home temperature drop to low 15 in winter because of the lack of competency of this company. Stay away!
