She genuinely listened to what we were looking for in a car and she helped us find the perfect vehicle. She was very personable and had a great attitude. Richard from finance was also great. He helped us pick the best packages and went through each step to make sure we understood everything. Was by far the best experience we have had at a dealership. Thank you!
M	Max Mastalerz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok but be careful on what they're charging you. I brought my car in which broke down twice recently. They decided to take it for a drive to see what's wrong and of course it stalled and they needed to tow it back to the dealership. They tried to charge me for the tow price that was their fault. Its not my fault you took the car on the road. You could've driven around the parking lot and found the same issue. Next thing is I only authorized about $150 for the original diagnosis but they all of a sudden tried to charge double because they worked on it longer. Instead of calling me to ask about continuing the diagnostic as they said they would they continued working to 2 hours of work. The first time I towed it to the shop the operator placed the charge of 65+tax to the shop which i was supposed to pay. The employee at the time didn't know how to not add tax to that again. That's not a big deal but they don't know how to use their system the best way to avoid double taxation. They were nice in not overcharging me but its good I spotted stuff on the invoice. Just be careful

t	toby salin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently bought a 2021 Chevy Silverado from Greg Gardner. Jeff Fairbairn, the finance manager totally botched the paper work in the process causing delay and headache. The engine then failed with under 10k and I was left high and dry without a tow from GM Roadside assistance leaving me to walk home. After pulling teeth, George from service provided a loaner vehicle, which then after the engine failed the 2nd time, I was pulled over by the police as George failed to keep track of where the loaner vehicle was and who was driving it and again, was left on the roadside without a vehicle. I would not trust these guys with a vehicle purchase at all. I run a small business and in the future, will be leasing my vehicles from another dealer for sure. Not to be trusted. Horrible customer service. Called the cops on their own customer over a simple misunderstanding that was actually the fault of the service manager, George for not knowing where his loaner vehicles were at. I'm in awe that a customer could be treated so poorly.

They are like Rockstars in my mind when it comes to know how. They treat you right and fair. I won't take my Vehicle anywhere else.

Jenna, Dale and Tammie were so nice. I made several calls (worried mom, lol), and each time they were very pleasant. The work was done quickly at a fair price. So thank you Jenna, Dale and Tammie! Nice to know there are caring people out there.
