My car was a very difficult job, the tow truck driver lost the keys and several other difficulties that happened along the way that were not automind's fault. They really helped me get through a bad experience. Any experience is bad if you have to deal with icbc.
They back up their work. I have had a few bad experiences in Squamish with auto repairs and it's a breath of fresh air to find somewhere that is looking out for you.
Specifically I would like to point of the level of professionalism of James Landry (squamish manager)
-Automind was very professional, giving me a car while I wasn't able to drive.
-Picking me up on their own time to take me to my car and getting service done quick not to inconvenience me
-James was a stand up guy, very friendly and professional
-they did some work that was not a part of the accident just to make sure the car was looking like it did when it was new.
-HONEST
and most importantly, when a mistake was made on their part or not known a year after the repair was done, they were HONESTt. James looked at my car and said yes, thats our fault and let's get this fixed for you. I can't tell you of any other place I have ever dealt with that doesn't try to get out of doing a warranty or a repair.
Seriously Squamish, this is very HONEST.
As long as Automind has James at it's helm this is the best place to take your car. You won't be sorry. I am very happy with the repairs on my car. They were in excess of 14,800$.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The repainting of my bumpers and passenger side were done within the specified time frame, & everything seemed good. They gave me a photo-walk-through of their process as well, & were polite and helpful. However now it apears the paint did not take properly on the back of my c pillar, & the paint under the clearcoat has a different texture than stock (& is a different silver upon further inspection) so it reflects the light differently. I'm not certain if this work qualifies as the Toyota Certified work I understood I would receive. Sadly with these things, it takes a few days to really notice any imperfections. I will be reaching out this week if no one responds to this review.

He got me in right away and went above and beyond to quickly repair the car before the next storm tonight and Xmas. Thank you so much!!!!
