They had no appointments and we really needed our breaks checked because they were squeaking and we were about to drive across Canada and concerned about crossing the Rockies with shotty breaks. Rose said she would just quickly look at the break pads to make sure they’re not completely gone. So she took a few mins to take a look and explain what was going on. She put our minds at ease and explained the reason they were squeaking was safe. She was so helpful. In the process she taught me about the van (it’s new to me) and made sure it was safe to drive. I don’t think another mechanic would have taken the time to help out in a pinch like that. Thanks to Rose and the auto shop, I can drive back across Canada feeling safe.

I also do my regular oil changes for both my cars here and they do a fantastic job. Also really like how they diagnose your car and provide honest, fair priced and accurate estimates for any work needed. The team is friendly, knowledgeable, and laid back!

I often feel like I'm getting taken for a ride by auto mechanics but not with these guys. I've used them three times in the last year for various repairs and each time they provided an estimate that matched the final bill! I highly recommend these guys if you're looking for an honest knowledgeable shop with talented mechanics.

Dom and his team took care of us and spent time helping us with quotes and gave us advice about general car inquiries. They kept our car for a week so we could buy a new one and transfer our belongings to the new one. We also paid for an inspection of the new car there and were really happy about it.
