★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took apart my vehicle before making sure the repairs were authorized... when they weren't I had to wait another two weeks for them to get around putting it back together... all in all I didn't have use of my vehicle for almost 2 months!! UPDATE: shop also took off decals on damage side including decals on panels that weren't damaged. Why? This work was done prior to approval and what would be the point unless they were looking to resell? Either way claim was denied and they shouldn't have done the work without approval anyway... but now we have to source new decals for passenger side AND fix read tail light as they didnt hook up correctly. In addition there is more damage on panels than when we dropped off. The company did not have approval, said they did, went ahead and did the work and are now trying to play that they did us a favor by not charging us some restocking fee??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just got my vehicle back after it had been vandalized. Duncan Auto Body did an amazing job and my vehicle looks new again. Throughout the process, Bill (super friendly :)) was in regular contact giving me updates and keeping me in the loop. He went the extra mile by talking with ICBC on my behalf to problem solve an issue with the claim (huge thank you!). The shop also fixed another, existing blemish while they were at it. Duncan Auto Body truly turned a sometimes "bad things happen to good people" situation to a "good things happen to good people" result. So grateful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is great to interact with, they are supportive, and kind. I recognized a problem with the repair after picking up the car and leaving. The shop fixed it when I returned about two weeks later with no fuss and gave me a rental car for the afternoon while they identified what was wrong and fixed it. Overall I had a great experience, given the circumstances. ?? For Duncan Auto Body.
