Super fast communication and very willing to answer any questions or make any changes that you need. They said they usually complete the racks in the quoted time and actually completed ours ahead of schedule! We had our rack shipped to us and they did a super job packing it so it wouldn't get damaged in transit. We were going to go with a different brand originally but had a hard time getting them to return emails and read to many stories about deliveries way past the due dates....we are really glad we went with the Stoked Rack!
The rack itself is very high quality and fits like a glove. The thick aluminum punch plate makes a super stable platform to hang out on the top of the van even for several people, we will be using this feature a lot! We had Stoked build the front of our rack to fit 6 Baja Designs LP-9 Lights...looks soooo good and fit perfectly.
If your looking for a quality product and a great bunch of guys to deal with I would highly recommend Stoked!

I reached out to inquire about the size of their racks (length, width and depth) so that I could determine if they will fit in my design - which will include custom aluminum solar panel mounts that we'll professionally weld/attach to them afterwards to allow for simple articulation when stopped (a pretty standard best-practice design). After four emails, they basically refused to even answer the initial simple question of how big their rack was (L x W x D). Today, I have literally NO idea how much space there is inside the rack???
Their basic position was that it was (a) protected information that they couldn't share and (b) that they couldn't sell the rack to someone who "might" modify it in anyway after market.
I partially understand them not providing comprehensive technical drawings (although that is a bit crazy, given that most/all parts manufactures do provide technical specs). However, refusing to provide basic size dimensions is crazy. This is a $5,000+ purchase and getting some size information up-front seams pretty reasonable. I checked their website thoroughly and couldn't find anything that listed ANY details beyond the most basic information and price.
To add to the insanity, they refused to sell a rack if I "might" make after-market modifications. It's frankly none of their business what I do with MY product after they provide it (that's MY problem and risk).
Voiding the warranty if modified in any way... understandable.
Strongly recommending not adding/modifying anything due to safety concerns... understandable.
Release of liability language if product is modified... a great idea.
Refusing to sell it... that's just overbearing and controlling.

I later ordered a brush guard for more safety. The quality of their products is amazing. You can see they take pride in everything they do. I highly recommend Stoked Adventure Outfitters. You won’t be disappointed!
