I got best customer service from employee name Trini, he had good knowledge and patiently he explained me everything what i needed. Thanks to Trini. Management should appreciate and recognize employee like him.

Call the Danforth & Danforth location to place an order with Mathew. Was told my order would be ready by 5 that day. Drove from Downtown & "you guess it". NO Order. Was told Matt was new. and didn't know what he was doing. So why are you having him take orders!!! The store didn't want to make it right..Pathetic service,, pathetic manager,,Order your stuff from online or from somewhere else. find a new location you're better off...

Exceptional service. Was replacing my break pads & rotors. Somehow my car had a different style of pads than what's shown in the system (not just here, but at Canadian tire & NAPA as well). I only found that out mid way through the job, when my car is sitting jacked up with no breaks. I called the store back and they ended up doing a bunch of research and finding an alternative that actually fit. I was running tight to store closing time, so the guy offered to wait for me so I could finish my job. On top of this they price matched me the more expensive Brembo pads that actually fit to the price I paid for OE+. All while giving me worthwhile advice on how the job should be done. Not as trivial with an electronic parking break as I thought originally.

Terrible customer service. I had issues with my brakes it was in warranty period but the store manager refused to have it exchanged. They are making up excuses just not to give the replacement. When I bought the brakes nobody told me the β€œmade up” policies that the manager was providing. On their website it says hassle free exchange within the warranty period well clearly they are not following that.
