★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think the service is great! Of course it may cost a bit, but the quality is great and when you're getting your nails professionally done it would cost some\_{^~^}_/ anyways Great service I recommend this to all my friends, they love the salon as well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People are are great but manicure level skills are below zero. All utensils are so blunt that eventially do no cut at all. So "master" simply grabs a skin with a Cuticle Nipper and pulls your skin until it breaks... all fingers are in burrs now. Please invest into sharpenning your tools as those are essentials for the type of business you provide!
Then, nail polish is applied...sad story as each level is applied absolutely uneven. Top coat nail polish is extremely thick.
Hand massage was good, need to mention that. But, all nail polish BEGAN TO CRACK AND FALL OFF IN THE VERY SAME DAY AFTER A FEW HOURS OF WEARING IT. First time in my life I experienced smth like that!
Do you disolve nail polishes with acetone or smth similar?! As OPI doesn't behave as such and is easily weared for one weak straight!
Super upset! Will never return!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted a simple acrylic nail fill and I was also missing 3 nails. She originally told me $30 and then tried to rip me off saying $40 after... Almost walked out without paying... She was not gentle or careful.... Went over my cuticles 10 and I had to pull my hand away because she didn't listen! She didn't understand what I wanted and didn't appreciate her not listening to what I wanted. I will not be returning. My nails are sharp and not done right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is under new ownership and is now called WHITE ORCHID SPA. I've been thinking about needing a massage so I went there on a whim on my way home today. Wow! I am so happy I did. Liwen, though she can do a typical Swedish massage, can also add elements from her training that includes acupressure points and reflexology, which I requested. She does a full massage including head and face, and can adjust its intensity to suit what's best for you. I can still feel energy tingling through my feet and calf muscles. My back is relaxed. (I will bring my own oil next time because I know which essential oils I like and add them to almond oil, and I think she used baby oil, which is mineral oil.) It cost $58 for an hour massage.
Nice clean rooms, gentle music, and some strong hands.
Fantastic experience. I will be back soon.
