The hygienist was very knowledgeable and gentle and I love Dr.Zina. I highly recommend getting your cleaning and dental care from the team at Keswick Dental Centre. Good job guys!!!

During the COVID-19 pandemic, they have taken many extra precaution to ensure the safety of their staff and most importantly ME! My recent experience with the hygienist Jessica was excellent. She spent the time and explained what was happening throughout my appointment and was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and gentle. Dr. Zina was extremely caring and very knowledgeable. She took the time and I could really tell she loves being a dentist. She explained everything to me and I couldn't feel more comfortable. I highly recommend Keswick Dental Centre. I cannot wait to go back!!

He works well with his staff and asked me several times if I was ok. He ran into a few snags but carried on like a pro. His assistant explained everything to me so you are not left with any questions. The girls on the desk are so helpful and got me in right away as well as took care of all my insurance forms. If you have any fear of going to the dentist -- this is the place to go!!

My main reason for staying so long was the great customer service and always knowing what to expect. I was given options and was never surprised by the treatment being given or the services being charged. They even gave me a gift card for $20.00 once because I had to wait a little longer than normal for my appointment. I gave the new owners and staff a chance on several occasions but after continuous disappointment mostly with incompetence, and rudeness I have moved my family elsewhere. Not surprisingly, at my new place I run into other families I used to see at Keswick Dental.

The customer service was always amazing and they were always trying to help fit your appointment in with whatever schedule you had in your private life. The last year, this all changed. I received a passive aggressive email from their staff when I asked to be removed from their email lists as I had already found a new dental office that can better accommodate my needs (an appointment in the evening not 7 months away). It's a real shame to see what used to be one of the bests take a turn.

I called Keswick Dental as I’m a previous patient, now living away, on holiday here. They managed to squeeze me in that afternoon, thankfully! Dr Shabs, Sinead, Katie and Shannon were so empathetic and professional. They truly took what was a terrible situation and offered me options, the utmost of kindness and helped me through a fair bit of anxiety with their calm words and genuine hearts! I am forever thankful to have met these angels who stayed past their departure time on a Friday of the Victoria Day Weekend to sort me out with a temporary fix so I wouldn’t have to go toothless all weekend! Muchas Gracias
R	Rob Paterson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first visit I had, they "filled" a cavity but left such a large hole below the gums that they said I needed to use a pointy brush to clean it out. Other dentists have since said that was a poor practice because nobody can clean that type of hole in that location properly. The next time I went, the filling fell out within a year, 2 days after lockdown started so I called & left a voicemail immediately. They replied once the lockdown ended & said that "they hadn't received the voicemail & couldn't repair the filling because it was longer than a year. I could run it through insurance though". Right, because it's not like I pay for the insurance... It was disgusting & bad business. Neither I nor anyone in my family will ever attend this practice again. Buyer beware, they're not to be trusted.
