P	Pat Haggart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There has been some big, positive changes in the office. To start, the new receptionist is amazing. Daniela is so helpful, and knows her stuff. Follows up when she says she will, and explains everything. She does go above and beyond to help. Another HUGE plus, was the removal of the doctor on Wednesday. The dentist that acts like an Orthodontist, they had there on Wednesdays, was horrible. Bedside manner is out the window, and made it evident she was there for the money. Customers are dollar signs to her. Speaking to the receptionist above the customer, while wearing her covid-19 gear. Very unprofessional and disgusting. How she spoke to the staff was disgusting. Definitely believes, because she is a dentist she is above everyone. Popped in to go over an estimate, and saw a new Orthodontist was there. Just they way the receptionist and the doctor communicated, huge improvement, Doctor Ravelot was her name. The new dentist they have on Mondays amazing! I believe her name was Nevrine. I would recommend her. Again, the communication was great between the receptionist and her. Literally gave a pain free freezing needle, reviewed everything with me. Never felt so comfortable at the dentist. I've been going to this office since it opened, saw it when it was good. Then the downfall, now...they are becoming great again. Thank you Daniela and Dr Nevrine, you two are what makes this place great. Keep up the great work!

I can't say enough about their patient care. Daniella, goes above and beyond. She makes sure you understand everything before they start, and verifies all my questions have been answered. I never leave reviews, but felt so good about my experiences here. I know most people hate going to the dentist, but this place is worth the try!
G	Grumpy Barbie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THIS is The Dentist I have been searching for! From start to finish they take excellent care of you. The Receptionist Danielle is knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Graywall is a dream. If you tell her your tooth hurts, she tells you exactly what she’s going to do before she does it. She isn’t one of those Dentists that takes her instruments and plays Whack-A-Mole on the exact tooth you just said hurts! She is incredibly genuine and very aware of your energy. If your hands clench up, she’s going to ask you if you’re okay or if you need a break. She’s in this with you, she’s not just doing her job to get through it and on to the next. I’ve never had to wait long for my appointment, and if they were running ten minutes behind it’s fine with me. I know she’s giving someone the time and care they need and she’s going to do the same for me and you. Hands down, 100%, I’m never going anywhere else!
