A	Annette “Nettie” Cook on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family Dr is Matin. She is absolutely amazing. She is authentic, friendly and very smart. She is professional on every level. I moved here a couple years ago from the west and had no records for vaccinations on my youngest. Vaccinations are done in public health centres and I had no evidence of what vaccines were given. The office went above and beyond to find these records for us. My youngest comes in every few months for an appointment and is always greeted by friendly staff each time. The office is new but regardless of that fact, it is always clean and comfortable. Bright rooms but still feel very private. I recommend GFH/Matin to anyone looking for a new family practitioner.
V	V M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Chad Tyler is a fantastic Doctor. He is one of the very few doctors that put the patient first. He takes time to hear you and focuses on you. He has a new staff and location. The staff/Administration are wonderful. They are professional, compassionate and friendly. One year later ... We left due to lack of support. We could never get through. When we did get appointments, Dr. Tyler couldn't care less. He was so rude and disrespectful. Missed diagnosis several times. The front desk is so disorganized and unprofessional. Honestly, Dr. Tyler needs to be investigated by the Ontario Health Board.

She takes the time to listen to us explain our symptoms and I've felt confident in her diagnoses. I've been able to get same day appointments for my children when they've been sick. The office seems to run very smoothly with appointments being consistently on time. The front desk staff are friendly and accommodating. We've been very happy with Dr. Matin and the office.
G	Greg Thomas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been with Dr Tyler since he was at the clinic previous to Dovedale. The PRO's: No issues with Dr Tyler himself. Always professional and well mannered with me. New clinic has had some growing pains but has been there when I needed them, which admittedly has not been that often. The CONS: I think that the policy of 'CASH ONLY' for a medical note ( which I need to return to work) is a very dated policy in an almost cashless society, and most importantly during a pandemic. I think the counter staff may better serve the client by being open to polite constructive criticism or feedback regarding such policies, as well as politely directing them to the closest ATM rather than 'less than politely" getting defensive and arguing the merits of a debatable policy with a sick person. "It's always been that way" is not a very compelling argument for a policy in any case. (especially when you go over 2 years between appointments.) My last appointment went from very satisfied to extremely irritated in the dozen footsteps between Dr Tyler's office to the front counter.

My daughter told me I have to book an appointment online, but when I go to the online form. It’s says to call if it’s urgent. Seems like no one can answer a phone. I really don’t want to book an appointment online, I want to speak with a human. I want to know I’ve been heard from.

His diligence and medical knowledge helped discover a medical issue that can be treated. Had Dr. Tyler not gone above and beyond this medical issue could have resulted in my death. Thank you Dr. Tyler, you are an example of what other doctors should strive for! Stephane
C	Caroline on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All I have to say to you people is I have been to many, many doctors in my 68 years and this office and Dr.Chad Tyler has been the best doctor I've ever seen in my lifetime. I wish I had known him when my kids were small. My last doctor was a horrible doctor whom I was with for 15 yrs and he was so uncaring to the point of where he joked about my family health situation. My other past doctors were also very dismissive, unapproachable, and constantly late for appointments and very often as much as a 3 hour wait. Dr. Tyler is my medical angel!! All of my family in the area has switched to him because we all have severe medical problems that needed to be addressed properly and they all feel the same as I do about him. My mother had fallen ill with dementia, my daughter has Multiple Sclerosis and I have heart disease and we now all see Doctor Chad Tyler. I finally after all these years feel well taken care of. He is always punctual and the office staff are second to none. Great knowledgeable people in this office!
