L	Lori Boyer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found a lot of gristle within my pulled pork, so never doing that again. The wings that were ordered only had sauce on one half. The Calamari wuz very thinly sliced and there wuz more tentacles than the actual calamari slices.

My food was gross and your going to tell the kitchen, what about your customer. Ended up sick all weekend from food poisoning. Hope u told the kitchen!!!!

She walked by many times and made eye contact with me but didn’t ever come to greet us at the table. We got there around 8pm and the only other people in the restaurant were a table of 2. We patiently waited 20 minutes and weren’t even acknowledged. No drinks or anything. Not even a “sorry I’ll be with you in a moment.” So we got up and left. I’ve been to the Aurora location a few times and have always had great service. I originally made this situation known by going to the “contact us” page of the St. Louis website. Nobody ever responded to that. I never contacted the restaurant directly as they showed much carelessness in their customer service, so I decided to make it public on here where I may have better luck in getting a response.
S	Shane Meyer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to frequent St. Louis with my wife. We would have a lot of lunch dates there and we enjoyed it. Due to Covid we had not been there in some time and when we returned we were unhappy with the menu changes taking a couple of our favorites off. We just ordered a rack of ribs as my wife was craving them. We got them home to find the ribs undercooked and just terrible. I phoned them and the girl who answered told me she couldn't do anything because there was no manager there. I will not be returning as the food and service have gone downhill. Review note after hearing back from the manager on this review. I sent Randy an email and he never responded. I gave him a little more than 2 weeks and nothing. This really makes them look even worse.

It had some crumbled cheese that may have been goat, green (old) apple cubes, and some nuts. The thin plain slices of meat had no seasoning and had no flavour. It was not edible. If fresh ingredients are not available, they shouldn't serve it. I guess it's kind of my fault for ordering steak or salad at a wing place.

I personally love their wings and when I found out they do the kids thing I didn't want to wipe my smile off my face! I did notice the staff is generally very attentive to the public eye inside and outside the St. Louis environment. Especially when checking to know your satisfaction is up to par. Thank you!
