★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. Extremely rude customer service. They can be heard yelling and swearing at each other. I say "thank you, have a great day" and she drops half of my change on the ground then slams the window. Sure enough I was missing half of my order. I also waited 48 mins behind 1 car! I went in to get the rest of my order and I was told I was lying! Terrible customer service. The worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst Tim Hortons that I have ever been to.
1st time, I ordered a breakfast meal. Realized later that they didn't give me hashbrowns. 2nd time, I ordered doughnuts. They gave me the wrong kind. 3rd time, I ordered 1 biscuit sandwich and 1 English muffin sandwich. The fillings were wrong for both.
Messed up 3 out of 3 times! How do you even do that??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the worst Tims I have ever been too.
Long lines up, messed up my order, the lady who seemed the most senior not wearing mask properly and screaming at her coworkers, ironically screaming at people waiting for mobile orders to leave because only 4 people are allowed inside, and yet her nose is exposed as she is screaming and prepping orders — the iced caps were so sweet we took one sip and threw them out. I think they added too much syrup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst Tim’s ever! All the staff are lazy and stand around causing lineups almost always. Stacey has been there for 22 years apparently, wow good for you…perhaps the next 22 years could be spent working harder and more effectively for the customers. Terrible. Go up the road to get good service. All the “Tim’s” lifers work at this one…stay away:) Karen’s everywhere inside lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So incredibly understaffed and the poor crew is running off of their feet. Took 20 minutes to get a bagel while the drive through punched out 20+ orders. Couldn’t get our order complete without being a little demanding. Frustrating experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been to this location a few times and I like to pick up a coffee on the way home when its late. During the day the coffee is probably fine, but at night the 20 minute rule for the life of coffee is ignored. Luckily for me burnt coffee isn't really an issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have yet to get my order right for 3 days in a row I've gone. The wait was long as there was no leadership, staff was running into each other, and they only had one person taking orders through the drive thru. This used to be a really good reliable location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find this location to be the only Tim Hortons that serves FRESH baked treats alongside an amazing team of employees that ensure you leave with a smile on your face and the utmost freshest food compared to the average Tim Hortons location. The kind baker, Branden, and the amazing cashier Roxanne make my daily trip to Tim Hortons an amazing one and I always leave happy regardless of the day's stressors. Keep up the good work, guys! You make my day :D
