★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Harvey's today cause I really wanted a poutine which is really good but today it was bad. The fries were super soft, not fried good. I also got it as part of a combo, I ordered a 7up and got was tasted like tonic water. My sandwich was the Buffalo chicken, that is advertised as spicy and saucy, but was more like dry and sweet. I would have been better off going to wendys or tins instead. Waste of money and time since everything ended up in the garbage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I certainly did not appreciate the customer service person flipping me double fingers and swearing at me during my drive through visit. Come on should we not strive for better here in keswick! In all my years I have never had this type of customer service experience. To the franchise owner; this is completely unacceptable. To the owner and the manager Alex. My check number was 7676. Please check the cameras at the drive through at that time and you will see the customer service girl giving me double middle fingers!

Only one staff had a mask.
She was on the cash register.
The other staff cooking the food and preparing were not wearing masks.
I won't ever go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down best burger joint in town I ordered a Buffalo chicken combo and it’s was the most scrumdiliumptious sandwich I’ve had since the one my dad made me in middle school. Staff was super friendly and attentive and even gave me extra ketchup packets. 10/10 would reccomend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the very few locations that is a Harvey's and Swiss Chalet where there is not a massive lineup in the Drive-Thru. It appears they have found a way to keep the line moving. Swiss Chalet orders seem to take longer at most locations so maybe the folks here are asking people to park and wait while their order is being made. Burgers are always fresh and we tried the poutine for the first time not bad at all. Keep doing what you're doing folks we appreciate it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought large poutine, I just got half of the original quantity. The fries were uncooked and the store was out of gravy but just because the employees don’t want to make new gravy, they just gave me whatever they had, which was very tiny bit. I order almost every week but never had this bad experience. This picture shows only my account order history, my husband’s account has more orders than me. It felt like the employees were not ready at all to provide the service and to work. Worst experience.
