★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How is shoulder length hair classified as “Extra long hair” for highlights? Charged me 170$ for highlights for shoulder length hair. To me, “extra long hair” is midway between shoulder to chest. Not shoulder length. They always overcharge me anyways, so why am I surprised..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t take your kids there. They have no idea what they are doing with childrens hair. I had to take one of my kids to another salon because the lady there gave him a mullet and had the audacity to tell me it’s a skater cut. Plus she was extremely rude and rushed me!!

When she showed them what she wanted which was blond highlights, they were kinda rude and made the excuse when she showed them what she wanted that it was too much of a process. She sat for 3 and a half hours and Paid $253, Lady barely added colour and you can’t tell any difference in her hair at all. Felt like a rip off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having only ever been to high-end salons, I didn't know what to expect going to First Choice. I'm happy to report that I highly recommend stylist Vanessa, who cut my hair/blow dried my hair. I was extremely happy with the result. She took her time to understand what I wanted and delivered just what I asked for. What more can you ask for? Give First Choice a try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Danielle was the sweetest hairstylist we have been to! I took my four year old son for his cut.. something we never look forward to since he gets very upset during the process. Danielle was incredibly patient and kind with him, reassuring him and trying to comfort him during the appointment. We left so pleased with his cut and the whole experience at this salon. Thank you Danielle for your outstanding customer service and skill!
