★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hong is a fantastic hair stylist! Been going to see her for years! But was very disappointed that prices have gone up considerably over the last few months! Wash, cut and style for long hair is $55 and my hair is JUST below my shoulders!!! Almost twice as much as my foils! I was appalled, I love Hong but I will go somewhere else from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not impressed with the haircut I got today at all... showed the hairstylist a photo of what I wanted and she butchered it instead.... extremely disappointed and considering just shaving it all off. On top of it all, she was not very friendly either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good prices. Quick & easy. I cut my hair really short as a pixie style about 2 years ago. Hong cut my hair & now I will only go to her. She has short hair like me & knows what to do. She’s fantastic & all the ladies are really nice (Ivy & Marlene).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been a customer for 8 years. Always get a buzz cut so that's never been an issue.
On my last visit recently I did have an issue with the customer service or lack there of. Had an appointment for 1pm & arrived 15 minutes early. I knew I had to wait for a staff member to come get me due to covid prodicals.
Just after 1 an employee peeked outside not even acknowledging I was there.
Around 1:30 , 2 other customers arrived and walked right in and were taken right away. Confused I went in & questioned what's going on. She said you don't have to wait outside anymore. So why was I not told this 45 min ago. She just fluffed it off & gave me the covid questions to answer & asked me to take a seat.
I will be getting haircuts elsewhere from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the place to get a great haircut, guys. Just call first and make sure you can reserve an appointment during these Covid days. You do have to answer a Covid questionaire to procede. Then it's chair, cut cut, pay and out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hair cut was good. Eyebrow waxing was NOT. I could tell right away the CSR wasn't quite comfortable with waxing once I felt the wax stick hit my lower eyebrow. She kept dabbing with the stick instead of spread and wax (on the lower bottom corner of my brow). She trimmed the eyebrow hair length and didn't bother with waxing the remaining bottom of the brow or above the brow, then asked if I wanted in between my eyebrows cleaned up. Super disappointing. Very friendly at least.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I toke my son there for a trim (2 year mullet and very PROUD) the lady cut it ALL OFF…. When was told half inch, the lady broke my sons heart. Actually made me cry too.
