I asked her 3 times to correct her mistake. She could not do it. After I told her the third time I tried fixing it myself with a file. She still couldn't fix it. She told me prior to getting my nails done that it would be $45-$55. I had enough of her doing my nails and messing up. I asked how much I owed for what she has already done? She said $50. I asked her how if they are not complete and completed is $55 max? The owner came and looked at my nails and said $40. The owner then lied and said it was $45-$55 for acrylics. I told her that was not was said. I had to call my son that was there when I asked her. All I asked my son was what type of nails did I tell her I wanted. He said gel. I asked how much did she say? He said $45-$55. The owner then started to stutter and conderdict herself. I will never go to these lying bandits. Welcome to Keswick I guess.

I came in yesterday for a plain manicure, but I told the nail tech I had such horribly dry skin and awful cuticles so she recommended just buffing the nails and a paraffin treatment which I received during a spa pedicure. My hands came out looking so much better and moisturized. I will be coming back here again.

The 2 customers sitting on either side of me told me they were nail biters too and showed me their natural nails that were long and strong after coming here for awhile. They don't file down the nail so your nails end up stronger. This place isn't cheap but u get what you pay for! I've gone to the discount gel places and they over cut my cuticles or the gel starts peeling off after a week, it ruins your whole mood.

I had an appointment for a pedicure and gel manicure and was seated immediately. The salon was clean, welcoming, and relaxing. My technician was very attentive and precise. My new go-to nail salon for sure!

The place is clean and I've never had anyone pay such close attention to every detail of my nails. The prices are perfectly reasonable for the service. So happy to have stumbled upon this salon and will definitely be a regular here!
