C	Colleen Cyr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son & I have had our hair cut here many times without issue...but today the hairdresser I had was very rough with her comb and her blouse that she had on, her sleeves kept getting in my eyes. My son will not usually tell the hairdresser whether he liked the haircut or not...so I spoke up..it was definitely not what he wanted..he just told her like he had the last time...his haircut was farther from that...I will never go there again...These two hairdressers need to learn some etiquette and I think a refresher in hairdressing as well!!!!! Today is April 10, 2013...the one hairdresser kept asking for the money...I said I am not paying until my sons; hair is sorted out....they both did not get it!!!!! They have to realize customer service is not their forte...and they both need to work on it. The other hairdresser just kept insisting she asked my son if his hair was ok...I paid and left...first time ever I have ever not left a tip!!!!!

The first time I was in was good, but more recently I could not believe the atrocious haircut I received. Cut was uneven, and the stylist did not know how to blend different lengths properly.
A	Austin Jordan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hardly write reviews but this place ....wow I went in for a haircut and came out with I don’t know what you’d call it . As soon as I sat down I was horrified with each snip the scissors made . It was one of those experiences where you’re paralyzed in shock from what’s happening . It was a laughable haircut. When asked to put gel in my hair at the end of the cut I said sure why not , it was not like gel was gonna save it . I went home and cut it better myself with no experience and kitchen scissors. Never go here .
T	Trisha Lynn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite checking in on line I was not even greated when I walked in, not acknowledged in any way. At least 3 times I indicated I only wanted a trim 1/2 inch off. I watched the length of the hair being cut off and it was more like 1 and 1/2 inches and when the stylist pulled out clippers to shave my neck I said no, it is only a 1/2 inch trim. She argued with me that she had only cut that much off. The evidence was on the floor. She said she was thinning it out to better the style, maybe so but when the request is for just the ends, a scant 1/2 inch then perhaps asking if I wanted more length taken off to thin it out would be appropriate. More communication is always better.

J	JG JGG on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I’ve gone to Great Clips numerous times and use the app which is great! I usually go to park and tillford, Parkgate, or Metrotown, usually I get a good haircut, sometimes great, sometimes mediocre. The Westview location I have been to several times and can not say I’ve ever walked out of there with a good haircut. I’ve gone back a few times hoping to get someone who can cut guys hair, but I’ve never unfortunately had that experience in this particular location. The last lady I had I felt like Edward Scissor hands came at my head and I had to spend 20 min at home fixing the Dolph Lundgren in Rocky flat top cut which was different lengths on either side the best I could. After numerous attempts at this particular location hoping I’d get someone who knew what they were doing I don’t think I ever will. I love great clips because of the check in app but will be travelling to other locations to get my hair cuts from now on. After one cut I had at Westview a barber at Park N Tillford was shocked at the cut I got when I went in and asked me where I got my last cut. I feel Westview may be the training location where new barbers learn to cut after minimal training before going to other locations. I’ve really tried to enjoy a haircut at this location as it’s the closest to me, but I have to safely say I won’t be going back and will drive the extra 10 minutes. I don’t want to write this review as I want to enjoy this location, but I don’t. For $20 they should be able to do a simple men’s cut. I feel like I get a $4.99 haircut here.
S	Samson David on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So bad. Came in, there were two women working. One (the younger one) knew what she was doing, but the other was so slow, bad and ridiculous. Took 15 minutes to check us in, so much so I had to help. The system told her what needs to be done (haircut notes) but she kept asking for a photo of what we wanted. Even after pointing out the notes she had no idea what to do. Would never come here again

In the beginning, lady named Mari looked professional but I noticed that she is not taking her time to do a proper job, I asked her to cut the back of my son's hair neatly since it was not ok at all, also I asked her to clean the back of the ear and the hair line fron the ear but she was saying that if she cleans that part, he will grow beard more when he grows up. Rediculace!!!! Right????? She was not doing it until I asked her several time. Also at the end, she wanted to charge me more and when I asked if Great clips has raised the price for kids hair cut, she changed it but she was so rude and unpleasant. I am not going back to that place anymore.
