She took her time to explain me how to get the treatment done at home with the hair products that she recommended. Very friendly and caring. I was super happy with the outcome. I will definitely go back to her again and already recommended her to my friends.

I paid for a Groupon for $80 and she told me it was going to be another $150. I ended up with green highlights. They were supposed to be a honey blonde. I was so upset I was actually crying in the salon. She was quite rude to me telling me to stop making a big deal about it. My hair was literally smoking at one point when she was straightening it. She had me under a dome heater for half an hour which was insanely hot. The salon was so dirty. I felt it was rude that her and her associates were speaking Persian the whole time. She got colour all over my face and didn’t wash it off. I ended up washing it off myself. I felt anxiety the whole time I was there. Honestly I could go on and on about how bad this experience was but just please save yourself the pain and don’t go to this salon. This was my experience with the store owner! I honestly think it should be shut down.
S	Sara Zabihi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Viki for a haircut and highlight, she did a quick cut and said will fix it after she finished the highlights, I wasn't happy with my hair length and asked her to cut it shorter but she said she is busy and her next client will arrive shortly and refused to cut my hair. When I told her I will have to go to another salon to get it cut to my desired length, she grabbed the scissors and pretended to be cutting my hair but didn't really to my satisfaction And charged me double for the hair cut!! Who charges you two times for a hair cut done within an hour?? Would never go back to this salon.

Not to mention how great Vicki did my hair the previous times. Both excellent hairdressers and are super nice and overall great people and great at hair.
