Golf Town

Edit: Just got fitted for my brand new TaylorMade stealth plus for free-thank you Ryan, golftown and TaylorMade Never have had a problem with this store up until recently, I bought a new TaylorMade Sim Max last Christmas and I absolutely loved it unfortunately about 4 months ago the head came off my driver while playing in a tournament with the VGT I brought it back and golftown offered to glue it back on as the club was well within warranty, I also decided to get a new grip on it aswell. When I collected it some days later I took it straight to the range and noticed something was wrong I initially thought the shaft had been shortened but upon further inspection there was a dent in the high toe of the club face, I took it back (obviously) and they said they would get in touch with TaylorMade. To my knowledge they have done so and the driver was deemed ok. It’s 100% dented and I was in there just today trying to show the assistant manager and another staff member and they treated me like I was insane I eventually got one of the employees to take a picture as I held up to a light with a straight edge steel ruler along my club face so he could see it was touching on two points and when I emailed him he saw what I was talking about but I really had to fight them on it…. Their behaviour was condescending and rude and didn’t feel valued at all. Have attached two pictures one of mine with the dented face and another of the exact same driver straight off the shelf with no damaged face. Been going here for many years getting new golf bags new grips all the time, wedges, putters, balls etc. I will never shop here again. I’m still waiting to see what they are going to do about my club. It’s been since October I’ve been without a driver. Will have to wait and see. (Update) Golftown have reached out to me and are fixing this whole mess (I am glad to have this sorted and would like to thank Ryan for reaching out)

Great place for your golf shopping. They literally have everything you can imagine. I think the biggest surprise was the indoor digital golf screen. Great selection recommended if you need to get anything golfing related

attitude by the employees, unhelpful, and pretty much lied to my face. I called them out on Twitter and get blocked too. what a business. Canada needs another golf store so badly.

Great location, lots of parking and not in a busy mall. The staff is friendly and very helpful. There is always lots of product on hand to try and purchase. Great prices too!

First time shopping here, was excellent service from the sales staff, helpful in find sizes of shoes. Will shop again soon.

Walked in prepared to drop a couple hundred bucks for shoes and stood there looking at them for about 10 minutes waiting for help. Clerks were walked all around and one actually put a ladder in front of me, blocking my view, without even saying hello. There was also some really loud TV show and commercials blasting on the load speaker that got annoying really fast. The place did not feel welcoming or comfortable at all! After about 15 min. I walked out. It was like I was never there.

My husband loves this place, it’s my go to for gift giving, when in doubt, give a gift card and box of balls! He just got all new grips, the turn around time was so quick! Highly recommend.

Had a wonderful experience thanks to Ryan who helped us get a custom fit for the drives and different clubs. He patiently waited for us to try different drives and recommended the ones that fit us best. We picked up many items and accessories and really enjoyed the store.
