J	John Bridges on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very upset about the service my friend received today, They came in today to get their advanced class 5 license. They ended up not letting my friend take their take my test due to an issue with the car (tint) which someone had used this car only a few weeks before to do their GDL license test and they let the tint go and that second friend passed the test. not only that but they also let them bring this car as their own car had an issue and they had waited for the new car to arrive to the location (which was about a 10-15 minute wait for the car to get there) “each driving instructor has their own preferences” is what they said to both of us. they should work on more stability with driving instructors rather then each of them having different rules as there has been more then enough people that get turned down for something that one instructor says is ok and another driver instructor is not ok with. My friend is fine rebooking the test as there are rules but is very upset about having to repay for a $200 test they weren’t allowed to take based on certain preferences from the driving test instructors.

I don’t know her name but Five star to that lady .overall Love this Registry ,front staff was very nice all lovely ladies know the value of time and try to serve every customer ASAP.

Terrible business practice. I’ll drive into Calgary before I use any place that treats their customers like disease bags.

I had to educate them on the rules of antique auto registration qualifications after they tried to (incorrectly) implement their own interpretation of the rules. Renewal services are mostly available online with no waiting, and I chose to support Chestermere Registry (you're forced to pick a registry to receive your service fees when you're renewing online).
