★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely views from all the rooms by the looks of it. Good restaurant too. About a 1 mile walk into town along a road with no designated footpath. Turn right after the school to head into the main part of town or go straight ahead for Thunderbird Mall. There is a bus stop outside the hotel where the buses to Port McNeill should stop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean, updated room with a small fridge/ freezer and a microwave. Plenty of towels, extra blankets and pillows. Shampoo & soap. My room package included breakfast in their restaurant. The front desk clerk was organized, helpful & accommodating. ** Room was provided by my employer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Older motel type building, but newly updated room, with great view of the water. Watched a bald eagle snag a fish and saw a seal pop his head up. Enjoyed being right on the water to watch the boats come and go. Town seems rather run down, with limited choices for dining.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We didn’t stay there but were visiting and ate at the restaurant, service was friendly and quick and I had the best chicken quesadilla I have ever eaten. It was stuffed with fillings and no lack of cheese. Only wish this was the same at all restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful meal to go along with a beautiful view. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here one night and I have to say, this place really exceeded my expectations for a small town hotel. The room was nicely updated and felt very modern. Super clean and comfortable.
The staff at the front desk were friendly and accommodating and the price seemed really reasonable for what it was. Upon checking out, I was told that if I was there on business, I would receive breakfast for free and the receptionist handed me a voucher for free breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel. This was a really nice touch and hard to beat at this price.
I will definitely be back and would recommend this place if you're passing through Port Hardy.
