★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent a few hours here waiting for my daughter to come in, very pretty spot. Saw a heron, watched if fish for a bit, saw at least 3 seperate schools of fish. Lively spot, plenty to see and lots of extremely friendly people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am on my sons boat visiting for a few days. I am on the Harbour Authority Board at Salt Spring Island and I have to say this is one of the nicest docks I've seen. I especially like the ramp to the dock making it easier for fishermen bringing their gear and groceries close to the boat. 5 stars out of 5.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located on Hardy Bay Road the Port Hardy Harbour Authority office was within a short walking distance from Glen Lyon Inn where we stayed during our trip in July 2019. We could get good views of the Marina and the bay with the sea planes taking off and landing at the base nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not at Port Hardy Harbour Authority but Quarterdeck Marina. Recommended. Docks need work, and bit pricey, but you can't beat the atmosphere. Sadly, the pub has closed
Tragedy. 4 years ago, they served the best fish and chips on the entire coast. Great fries with astonishingly good fish. Think FRESH.
