★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a person who don't normally complain and I give good tips to appreciate the job. I have been to many nail salons in Toronto before I moved to Hamilton. I normally go to Nails for you in Jackson square but May 21 I passed by to this salon to give them a try. I had my biogel and shellac on my hand and had a pedicure with my daughter. After 4 days one of the nails fell off so I tried to go back Sunday May 28 but unfortunately they're close. Monday, my 2nd and third nails on my left hand also fell off and pointer finger on the right. NOTE: it wasn't cracked but fell off. Which means, it wasn't glued or heated properly. I would accept if 1 nail but 4 it's not right. Biogel normally lasts 3-4 weeks, I always do it so I know. The worse thing is when I called, a man answered and questioned me, "Why? why?? it fell, what did you do? " Am I supposed to asked him? Well, I don't have to ask because they just fit me to their schedule because I got no reservation so the lady was RUSHING ME. He was very argumentative and didn't even listen to his customer. I told him, I am not going to come back anymore and he said, Okay!. He said, I don't know you! Exactly, if you don't know me, don't argue with me, don't argue with your customers! After the call, he was trying to call back, maybe she spoke to the lady who did my nails. I was nice to them and appreciate their job, so she probably remember me. Bad result, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I went in today for pedicures plus I got a manicure & eyebrow waxing!! We haven’t been into the salon since March 2020 because of covid and I was shocked and impressed that they remembered our names!! I love my manicure!! They did such an amazing job!! I ? recommend this salon. Very friendly, fast but most of all they do an amazing job!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very polite but my nails turned out pretty rough. I was having my nails done for a wedding and you could still see bits of the old shellac they took off around the edges. The edges were starting to lift in like a day and now, 5 days later I’ve lost half of my nails from them lifting around the edges and the shellac lifting, they look horrible. Really disappointed to have spent $50 on nails that haven’t lasted 5 days

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best treatment at a nail salon I've received so far. The lady who did my nails was so kind and considerate. She even pulled out my chair and pushed it to the counter for me haha. The place was clean and she did a fantastic job. You could tell she cared to make the shape and polish right. I'll definitely be coming back whenever I need gel refills.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved my nails! I found this place last minute for a walk in before my vacation this evening. I got a pedicure and acrylic manicure. The girl who did my nails was quick, but not rushing to get it done. She was extremely detailed and precise with each step. She helped me pick my nail colours to match my shellac nails to my pedicure well. This honestly was one of the first times I left a nail salon extremely happy, compared to the other nail places down the road. I didn’t leave with my cuticles or the area around my nails completely beat up and the nails were very even.
Overall extremely happy and great service! I will be back :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time coming here and never again. I asked for acrylic full set and she decided to do shellac by herself without asking me, telling me the price is $45. However, I asked for acrylic ($35) and did not mention shellac it's a basic rule if you don't say "acrylic with shellac" it means no shellac then she kept going on saying "no one gets regular polish". But that's not her choice. I had to pay an extra $10 for shellac because she put it on me when I never asked for it and to be honest they should have removed that $10 fee because I never asked for that.
Second of all, she scraped my skin twice on both my middle fingers with the buffer machine and they started bleeding. She told me to stop moving when I never did. I've been to nail salons before thEy never cut my skin. She took 2 and a half hours going back and forth with buffing and filing and the overall result was not good. The designs were crooked lines for some and my middle finger for one of them was not filed nicely like the others.
You can see in the images I have dry blood on both middle fingers.
Not coming back!
