When I called back to double check the pricing the person on the phone said a different price despite me explaining exactly what I needed. I recommend double checking the price. It appears the nail tech added a tip for herself without me realizing in the moment.

Firstly they are so nice to me and talking but then i tell i want simple nails not shellac then suddenly they are so rude. Even, they told other customers shellac is better. She wants normal and so on. Its such $5 difference between normal and shellac not a big deal. They didn’t allow me to use uv rays machine they just gave me normal fan. Where one in salon looking at me. They tell me that you should choose shellac or whatever and i feel really embarrassing. So, zero for customer service. I don’t recommend this salon to anyone?
M	Mz INDO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My nails always look awesome after getting them done here. I've been going here for bout a year now. On the other hand, their hygiene has been downgrading over time. Tables are not wiped after each customer, i can feel the previous customer's nail dust residue. Doubt the UV light compartment is cleaned after each use. Saw some stains in there, felt grossed out especially after the pandemic. Tools weren't cleaned after the previous customer, as it was placed on a cloth covered with nail dust. Nail polish bottles were piled on tables. I wish they would reset, clean and sanitize EVERYTHING before each customer. I found another nail salon with better cleanliness and hygiene.

If I recall Sally did my nails, she was very lovely, professional and detail oriented. I have been to this place many times all girls are great and super fast. I highly recommend this place. On the top of that they are very affordable too.

I recently got my wedding nails done here and was a bit indecisive with what I wanted. They were patient and worked with me until I was happy =) thank you for your patience and so so happy with the service!

Not to mention her amazing french manicure line work that was done by hand, I am very impressed. She has an eye for detail. 100% the best Acrylic nails I’ve ever gotten, and my new favourite salon in Hamilton. Very nice atmosphere inside and the girls talk to you and make you feel comfortable. For anyone wondering if they should go to Modern Nails, do it!! And if you can, ask for Hanna because she is amazing with acrylic nails. Prices are good as well. I am so so happy with my nails, thank you!
