★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasn’t happy with results. This was about a year ago although I’ve spent this time getting back to my original colour dying every few months as my hair was in bad condition. I never took time to write a review prior. Spent a lot of money ($1100) elsewhere to fix and get back to what I had. At the time, she communicated with me vis text and had me back to try to fix although she was double booked and I had to wait 30-40 min for her to finish another client before she took me, then was a bit rushed as she didn’t have as much time. She didn’t mention she was doing another client and I’d have to wait. I think it’s only her working there. Didn’t respond to after I followed up to try to go back to original colour. Nice person, good highlights when she first did my hair with highlights although when trying to change colour was not satisfied. Did refund original colour mishap but cost me a lot to fix elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jenn is a hair savant! My first time in the salon with her, over a decade ago, I wanted a deep plum purple and fire engine red. Not only did she achieve that (from virgin hair!), but she surpassed any expectations I had. We have gone through many, many changes over the years with my hair - from black to blonde, back to black, and every colour in the rainbow. Jenn's knowledge on hair and her ability to provide a realistic timeline for the transitions we have gone through (blonde to black, for example ) always leaves me feeling confident that my hair is in good hands - and she never lets you leave with ugly hair, even during the transitional period! Her friendly, charistmatic, quirky, and professional attitude is always welcoming and she does a great job at making you feel like you are right at home, while providing the confidence and trust that's needed when you're sitting in the chair. I will forever recommend Fascinature the Salon to anyone x
