The services offered are always excellent, I appreciate that the staff are very professional and that the salon uses Aveda products. I had yet another great experience today - a haircut and style with Monica. The salon itself is very clean and modern, with a stylish Scandinavian feel. The owners are very organized and kind when booking you on the phone and greeting you upon entry. I sincerely look forward to spending time at Pure NV - highly recommend to anyone considering booking!

It is ALWAYS incredibly easy to set up a convenient appointment - QUICKLY! As far as service, as a woman with curly hair who occasionally abuses it - I am often met with disbelief and ignorance when talking about my hair and what it is actually like outside of my abuse. Everyone thinks they understand curly hair, and unfortunately in most cases they do not. For the first time in a great many years, I experienced a hair professional who actually listened. She formed no judgements, asserted her professional opinion in a way that was so completely easy to digest and actually HEAR. I left the salon with probably the best hair cut and style I have had in twenty plus years. I highly recommend Emily for her hair services
