★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff always remember my son's name and make a real effort to engage customers and offer really great suggestions in case certain games may not be suitable for specific age groups. Prices are competitive and selection is great but mostly continue shopping there because of the excellent service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've never had rude staff at this store before but apparently I deserve to have eyes rolled at me and be told "whatever, bro" and ignored when I'm trying to put my GF's preorder on my platinum card.
We're preordering a game, paying in full, and I would rather just put it on my card instead of needs to present the receipt.
But all we got was rude attitude, and it happened Sunday oct 31st at 315pm, by some seasonal hire we've never seen at the store before.
