C	Canadian Roxee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a lovely store. I find some of their products a bit expensive but they have amazing coupons and sales! The employees have always been extremely friendly and helpful. It's always an interesting shopping experience, with a wide variety of choices.
M	Mc Towers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the pricey side, but coupons will help reduce the cost for one item at a time. Very well organized. All that a crafter wants to make their crafting dreams come true. Great for scrapbooking, framing and everything in between!

We waited patiently, we waited some more finally another person arrived to help the cashier wrap the glassware. A second staff arrived they huddled around the first cashier. Then one made the remark, be careful with all that glass, then the two who arrived left the checkout area. No attempt was made to get the other customers through the check out or offer assistance to the customer with getting all the glassware to their car. I know these places pay poorly but customers are trying to get in and out of stores quickly. I would have used a self checkout if one had been available but with 3 staff in front of us I thought the situation could have been better.

However, like all Michael's locations, sometimes their pricing is just too high. Having said that from slime to beads to paint to fondant, its anyone stop shop for creativity. Awesome for "do it yourself" proms, weddings, festivals, seasonal celebrations. A great store for people of all ages. The best source for custom framing, hands down.
M	Marc Gravelle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time I was convinced to enter this store.My wife wanted me to come in to have a look.To my amazement it's a very cool store.Had items I was able to pick up for my everyday items in my garage.Items I picked up that day were spray can paints .Paint brushes and wood I used for my model building hobby.I am now a regular and join my wife with visits to this store.Frienly staff and fair pricing.Thankyou.Marc

Got the email saying they would be available til Tuesday. When the email came up I clicked the request more time and it glitches and gives an error. Shortly after I go check email to find that I received a message telling me that the item that I ordered was not in stock. This is after i had already received mail.saying my order was filled and waiting. But wait. It doesn't stop there. What I ordered was t showing online anymore and it popped up with similarly products and I ordered instead. The photo showed packs of 2's as I had already bought.. when I picked up there was only one in each. So I phoned and confirmed they did have what I was looking for but it wasn't on sale. No problem I went to make the switch. I arrived to find that they hadn't pulled the item..not only that but what was available was the wrong size so I drove all the way back to the store for nothing. At almost 2.00 a litre for gas it's a waste. No apology no attempt of any kind to remedy the situation or find the stock elsewhere. Just a take it or leave it attitude. I left with the single cups because it was all they had and I was on a deadline. The store was dead.. nobody in line and mlnot many people browsing so i wasnt rushing the.. With the amount of time and money we spend in the store ... I can't even... disappointed doesn't even begin to cover it.
