★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai aperçu un microonde à vendre à partir de leur profil de vente Marketplace à 99$. J'ai confirmé avec eux que le microonde était toujours disponible et il me disait que oui. Une fois sur place, ils me disent que le microonde était en fait 139$ et que c'était un plus petit qui était 99$. Ils n'ont pas voulu honorer le prix indiquer et ne se sont même pas excusés.
Par manque de temps j'ai pris lui à 99$ qui heureusement, fonctionne bien. Par contre, très déçu qu'ils honorent pas le prix indiqué. L'OPC démontre clairement que c'est interdit d'exiger un montant supérieur à celui indiqué.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employer sans façons qui prenne de haut les clients alors que le vendeur a 50 ans pis travaille dans un pawn shop.#TaVieEstTriste.Tout est beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c’est.Bref il achète un truc 20$ pour le revendre 150$.Les ordinateurs ne valent pas la peines plus de 200$ au dessus de la valeur réel de l’ordinateur, les mêmes modèles en ventes pour 200$ de moins au Walmart (neuf et avec garantie). Bref endroit exécrable, si vous avez à aller à un “pawn shop” à trois-rivière n’aller pas à celui-si vous allez perdre de l’argent.Je vous conseil Amazon ou Walmart qui offre les mêmes article moins cher.

En premier lieu le commis a été correct et comne je lui ai expliqué que je devais faire beaucoup de route pour aller la voir ( 400 km aller-retour ) j'ai demandé des photos détaillées que je n'ai jamais reçu. J'ai relancé en réexpliquant ma situation et on m'a répondu "merci beaucoup". En conclusion, expérience très mitigée; bien sûr il faut faire du cash mais est-ce possible de prendre 10 minutes pour satisfaire un client? Il semble qu'à cette succursale ce soit difficile.
