★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They preffer talking to each other about their problems rather help Customer when I waiting to order coffee. At the time of my visit store was filthy with garbage basket overflown. The positive: Barista was serving coffee with nice smile. Her coffee was tasty. Thank you.
October 2018:
Dirty toilets out of paper.
Casher busy taking to customer about her kids. I gave up my desire to drink Starbucks coffee. On my way to exit they called me back. Are you kidding me?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location will currently sell you a beverage but not allow you to use the bathroom (even as spaying customer). Their excuse was not enough staff because the inside dining room was closed however I counted no less than 6 staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very busy location as it is the only one in Brockville!!! Very friendly staff and a large variety of beverages...seems like more than offered in Ottawa! Well stocked and relatively clean, considering the traffic. It is located just minutes off the 401. Caramel Frappacino and Café Vanilla Frappacino tastes somewhat bitter, so that is a shame. Must be in the execution of the recipe! Nice outside patio, though there is A lot of vehicle traffic. A nice breeze today so the air is good. I do not imagine it would be nice without a breeze! Very creative summer decor throughout, which is fun and different from other locations. An overall positive experience. Worth the slight detour off the 401 and much much better than the 401 rest stops as there is so much in the area for eating, shopping and banking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Driving back from Toronto we stopped here for a late night coffee. The barista was very jovial and courteous. She was well-versed with the offerings as well. Our drinks were well-prepared and very hot.

They have immature children working there now. Blonde girl on drive thru, she kept freaking out, refusing to serve me. then screaming behind the counter…. Yikes unprofessional won’t be coming back… also they are sold out of everything!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a partner (starbucks employee ) for 12 years in Toronto and never have I seen such a welcoming atmosphere. I came here visiting my parents and stopped for my Venti Cold Brew with Heavy Cream and it was made to perfection each time and the staff were charming and efficient.

Ordered via drive through today...strawberry coconut drink and 2 iced teas. Got home drank 1/2 of the strawberry coconut drink and suddenly felt something funny in my sip. Removed the lid to find a hair! And I mean like a 6-8 inch hair! Clearly not mine as I have short hair! Absolutely not acceptable when paying 17$ for 3 drinks
