★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff always seems to be preoccupied when ever I go here. Can't remember the last time I was actually able to purchase what I went in for. I generally run out of time, waiting for the staff. So I end up leaving empty handed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The new location is nice and airy with the feel of smaller selection than when they were in the inside mall. I would have preferred an extra isle to give the store a cosier look and more selection that are only found on The Source website.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found the young girl to be a know it all that knew nothing, Three employees ,and only allowed two customers, u stand at the door till someone sees u ,then u can go in ,only to be told to stand on a square , she then asks u what u want and has no idea that the product I wanted even existed, in turn ,plops it on the counter and ask not to touch ,but I had to explain that I couldn’t read French ,almost bought it but decided to give my money to someone that wasn’t so rude, and that is the first and last visit to the source in Brockville. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just have to give a shout out to Amber the manager of the Brockville Store. She was so knowledgeable and knew just what I needed to get a stronger signal with wi-fi. She offered me a trial use and to return if it wasn't strong enough. After spending a half day with the repair guy yesterday and not seeing good results, I am so relieved that the fix was that simple. Thank you Amber!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was great especially when the clerk had to tend with my friend who was in a terrible mood. I had to tell her to shut up and leave the poor man alone but later in the car I gave her whatfor. But I apologized to him for her outburst.

Another employee was also there and he helped me find a case for my tablet. Both were very polite, pleasant with a good sense of humour.
