Can you all stop berating people that don’t have a mask on the second they walk in a store? It’s been 2 years, it’s safe to say if someone isn’t wearing a mask it’s because they have an exemption.

They have a new send you a text message when your prescriptions are ready I highly recommend saves you tying up the phone lines And it's a lot easier if you live out of town to know when your prescription is ready

This place is always slow, especially when it comes to calling things in . I've tried for the past 5 days to call in my meds that I've been out of now for 2 days. The most recent time (5 minutes before posting this) I tried to call and was met with a lovely wait of 25 minutes. Someone finally answered the phone however! And mumbled something and then the call disconnected. I get that this is a busy place but I've never had a smooth experience here.

Cashier here on Sunday night, Feb 06,22 @5:56 on 2399 parkedale Ave, Brockville and Avery Chenier was SUPER helpful This level of help was unexpected I had really bad experiences here before but not this time?!! Thank you for your help Avery!!! This gesture goes a long way ^_^

Absolutely the WORST shoppers i have ever encountered or be a customer of. So many excuses, so many times my daughter prescriptions was not filled and mine too, I have been at the pharmacy for over an hour wait to be told we only could get so many which is unacceptable when they said that its all there. 100 dollars in Gas, my time and endless stress and bs and being a loyal customer for over 20 years... today was my last day being a loyal pharmacy customer. I lost my gasket today! Im furious and angry, tired and frustrated... I can not have this happening. Ever since today's performance and a customer beside me lost his prescriptions and their never delivering to me when requested, and poor communication to me as well... I have shifted and moving to another pharmacy because this type of workmanship in my eyes is not acceptable. I have called head office and cs about this and launched an official complaint because this is BS! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. We pay you to do your job and pay ridiculous amounts for medications to pay your wages. We expect you to do your job right. And always an eff up.

SHOULD LOSE THEIR LICENSE TO FILL PRESCRIPTIONS! RISK TO PEOPLES HEALTH! Go elsewhere! This is hands down the most incompetent rude and downright dangerous to the patient pharmacy I’ve ever been at I’ve had the displeasure of using their services. To begin with they would frequently just lie tell me they’ve filled my heart attack medications when they did not when I arrived they said they’d have to fill it it would take at least an hour and yet i was the only customer there. Next I asked them to deliver my heart medications they told me they delivered it but never did and refused to give me my heart medication when I needed it in person after going without it for three days waiting for the delivery as I had no car. Then on top of this they spilled my methadone numerous times and made me wait one day over an hour for a single bottle that I drink on the spot while they gave people their Covid vaccinations and ignored all customers who had to wait in line for prescription they never even divided the lines. They have multiple times refused to fill medications because they were too busy and told me come again later as if I could do that when I’m on disability and have to pay lots of money I can’t afford for a cab. They are rude unprofessional slow incompetent in every way. One day they didn’t even give me the correct dose of medication! I can die or go into a cardiac emergency when I don’t have my medication sorted properly and they have risked my health wasted my time treated me disrespectfully and also flat out refused to help. This pharmacy should be stripped of their pharmacy license NO ONE SHOULD EVER GOVE THIS PLACE THEIR BUSINESS they are nothing at all like any shoppers drug mart I’ve ever been to in any part of the country and I’ve lived everywhere let me tell you this place shouldn’t even be allowed to call themselves shoppers drug mart it’s a stain on the brands name. They do not care about their patients or their time health or needs and they frequently misplace faxes of prescriptions and will act like they never received them for up to a week only to force you to have your doctor fax them over and over bumbling their job repeatedly. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!

Watch out for the expiry date on your purchases! I bought a bag of cookies, got them home and once I opened them and tasted it was nasty, I looked at the expiry date. They had expired back in February!! Three months ago. I called the store and the woman that answered said she was sorry they try to watch for that. She said to bring in the cookies and they'll refund me and see what they could do for me. I bought them in the next day. The lady, oh gee sorry, refunded my money (cash because they're machines were down) but also deducted my pc points too! I told her the lady I spoke with said you'd do something for me. She ignored me and said, have a nice day. It cost more in gas to return them! ?

The people at this pharmacy are not courteous and unfriendly. I came one day and my prescription was not filled, however I was told to come back. And the next day when I came the staff very rudely told me they did not fill my prenatal vitamin prescription because it was available over the counter. Not only did they mislead me, but I felt very hullied by Sai and Candy who were harsh and spoke about me openly as I stood there feeling very embarrassed. They also refused to check my benefits, however I was told about getting the prescription through a friend who recieved hers, and my doctor said it would not be a problem. I would recommend to other to go to the superstore pharmacy instead as they were very pleasant and felted me get my necessary prescription
