★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in on a Friday evening and had to wait 20 minutes just to speak with someone. Had to pay $35 for a SIM card and activation. Some staff were knowledgeable, but some knew very little about cell phone technology. Frustrating experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just bought an iPad Pro and Samsung Note Plus at the same time! I did thorough research as I am a techie but the knowledge base of the staff, I could not do without. Check out Bell online to find which models you like- then write up your contract with the counter staff, it's really that simple. I love the new store location. It was a great experience. My last purchase was 4 years ago, it was good then- and even better now!
