After Samsung and Virgin mobile abandoned any responsibility for a completely useless 5 month old android phone, I brought it in to Majestik. The manager went above and beyond to ensure that my phone was fixed at a reasonable price. He is also very friendly, patient and customer oriented (something that seems to be missing these days at retail outlets). I highly recommend Majestik and will definitely be back!

very poors service.. they say i can wait for battery chance. have driven from gan to brockville for this. then they say it will cost 76 dollers for change plus battery additional i would have to wait for 3 hours and then they do not have a battery in stock. And we had a communication via email for one weeke over this

New to town and a very longtime Apple user hoping to find a local, quality, service tech that could replace my iPad display. When you do a google search for β€œiPad repair” one recovers 4 hits for the town of Brockville. The first business I called admitted to me straight away that he didn’t handle such problems. In turn they referred me to someone who took my order and never called me back. This of course was entirely frustrating having waited a week….. for nothing and then having to start the process all over again. That’s when I scrolled down the list and found Majestik. The tech named Sank ordered the replacement part for my iPad, gave me an ETA and confirmed a price. He then called me when the part arrived, and called me back a couple of days after that to retrieve my I Pad almost as good as new……. Everything seemed fine until it wasn’t and I needed him again to address another issue related to the initial fix. I texted Sank back and he promptly addressed the issue and returned my iPad back to me in great working order. It was how he recovered that was impressive to me and this cannot be understated. It’s also the reason why I’ll keep coming back for any and all advice/repairs to my devices. Since that first time, I’ve had to return to him for yet another repair, and again he came through for me. Thank you Majestik (and Sank)!

I stopped by the store 1 week before I wanted to get the battery in my iPhone replaced to inquire on price and turnaround time. I was so impressed with the turn around time he sold me on the first visit. I came back a week later to get the battery replaced I dropped it off did some grocery shopping and went back to the store and it was ready when I walked in. A very good shop to deal with and very knowledgeable on some other things I inquired about while I was there. Thanks again I’m happy with my phone and the service the store provided to me. I will be a return customer in the future.

Don't ever do this but it has to be said. Needed a charge port replaced due to moisture damage. I was recommend this place By Roger's In Brockville because my phone doesn't have wireless charging capability my brand new phone was unable to charge by any means. I went to this place asked if a part could be brought in; asked to be notified when it could be done. I was told 2-3 business days I would have a call and he could do it. Waited a week did a call to ask an update, he told me it wasn't in yet and he would get back to me. 3.5 weeks later. Nothing. No call no update, he did tell me this would cost 140$ to fix and after doing my research and calling other cities to find out other options I was told it's 60$ to get done and the port is an easy thing to order. So I've went else where and my phone is being fixed for half the price. If you're in customer service and a working professional comes in and says the price doesn't matter my secure work emails and business communication does, That means you may want to treat that customer with respect and follow through on commitments. Won't be contacting this service again, Roger's will also be called about who they refer their customers to for next time. This is a waste of my own time but you wasted mine so thought I would return the favour.
