AVOID XPLORNET 700ms ping when my cellphone get me 32 ms. very unstable internet and 40 minutes to reacher customer service.

It took a couple of tries before reaching someone who knew what they were doing, but once I reached the 2 CSR's, they were AMAZING and got me up and running in no time- very grateful for them as I was getting frustrated by the other 5 that didn't know what they were doing....if all the reps had the knowledge as these two, I believe this company would get ONLY 5 star ratings- that's how great these 2 were!! Very pleased!! ?

Slow speeds prior to COVID. Post COVID speeds have dropped significantly. 1 mb/s to 3mb/s on average. Unbelievably slow even at non peak times (midnight on a weekday). Not worth 100$ a month. Can't wait for Starlink.

Xplornet sent me an email saying that I was close to my data limit and that my speed would slow down once I hit that limit. I have a home business so that was not acceptable. The email gave me a phone number but the first time I called it the wait time was 36 minutes. The second time was 28 minutes. I then sent a web request for a phone call and after 48 hours they still had not called. I then called back and had them call me back which they did. I was then shuffled around from person to person because they could not access my account. I was on the phone with them mostly on hold for over half an hour during my lunch break. In the end they could not resolve the issue. Horrible service. On top of that we are paying for the higher end package with higher speed and higher data. I wouldn't mind paying the higher price except that whenever we try to want Prime Video or Netflix it always buffers.

No incoming calls for a month on the VOIP phone service. Have called service desk 3 times, 1 hour plus each time. Will take 6 to 7 days to correct the problem is the answer. Where do I send the invoice for my time? Still paying $120/month. Do you think a company will ever take customer service serious?

If I could give 0 stars I would. Took 3 different technicians to attach the satellite to the house 2 months after we asked for internet and they overcharged for everything. Way lower speeds than advertised, stuck in a min. year contract with service that was constantly spotty and the best package isn't even unlimited. They tried to sneak expensive bills after ending the contract when they agreed to different terms (this was after being with them for over a year). Glad I finally have the option to leave they are the worst company ever.

God awful connection and speeds recently. I have better connection on my cell even though Im in the country, and there is a wifi tower literally down the road. You do work and yet its still horrid?? If there was something better out in my area I'd drop this in a heartbeat. Not worth even considering.

Lately it's just worst than ever. They added a 125$ service charge when their equipment fails and needs to be replaced. I have a tower that is a little higher than average (anchored every 20ft by law) and I just had to pay 125$ service charge and the guy basically took pictures and left. Leaving me without internet (been out a week already). We had mentioned our tower more than once to every person we spoke to... how I this even legal. What if the next person decides they will not climb our tower even though it up to code, am I going to be charged again and again. The technician installed in there last year. A technician sent by xplornet...
