I was treated very poorly and felt very uncomfortable the entire time.
Hopefully they address this issue soon, there is just no need for staff to be rude to customers.

Then she had to call the owner and with much thought, the owner honoured her obligation to give me the item at the advertised price. Staff in general are either fantastic or make you feel like they don’t want bussiness

The brand. I love the clothes but the staff are not friendly and do not offer help. I’m often shopping for a specific item and I don’t find it because the staff seems disinterested in helping me.
Paige, a new sales rep recently became an employee and I buy way more based on her help and recommendations. She is warm and helpful and because it is a large store I find assistance navigating through stock helpful.
Please encourage staff to assist customers.. I often have walk out empty handed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in today to try on bathing suits, my boyfriend went to get me a different size and the manager asked me if I was finished. I said just about I am just trying on a different size. She looked at me and rudely stated how there was a line. I had waited (paitently) in the line for the change rooms to try on my clothes and was only in there about two minutes before this happened. I am very uninpressed at the rudeness of the manager. (everytime I have been in she has very lack-luster customer service) Doubt I will be back as this has happened too many times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The clothes and accessoires are great, the display is fine although a bit crowded in places.
The employee I had to deal with was less than helpful or interested in being helpful. Her standard answer to ANY question was, what you see on the floor is all there is. All I wanted to know was if there are any other sizes than XS or S of track pants somewhere in the store?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employees are not very friendly but who is these days. More interested in whether customers are messing up displays. Displays are not enticing. Mirrors by change room are blocked. Very few mirrors on the floor. No place to sit for a break. Lots of stock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went with a friend and we were browsing, and approached by a lovely young woman who gave us some good tips about sizing and staff were very friendly and courteous. Wish they carried more Plus sizes at the Brockville location, but overall, I love this store.
