★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Brockville Store has a very odd return policy that makes absolutely no sense. They do not accept returns of boxer briefs, EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE NOT BEEN OPENED AND ARE STILL IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
To make matters worse, they fail to advise customers of this no-return policy, before their purchase.
Totally illogical when you consider that they will accept the return of pants taken home and possibly contaminated by a customer wearing them, without underwear. Just saying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After being enticed with an email and a $30 off coupon, I checked the website for the snowpants I wanted. In- stock. Great! Only not really. "You can't count on the website. It doesn't get updated regularly." No stock available in my size at all. After I checked on line and walked to the store, I walked back empty- handed. Gave the coupon to a nice man and his daughter. Merry ?.
