★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today was the 4th time I have been in the store in Brockville and the 2nd time I have had to help myself.
There is a young lady with tattoos on her arm and very dark unnatural eyebrows, and we asked for assistance and she just stood there, at the end of the aisle looking at us.
There is no customer service in Brockville. Its self serve even when you ask for help. That girl has the personality of a wet rag.
She was the source of my frustration the last time I went as well.
I wish they would hire some FRIENDLY staff that will greet you when you walk in and ask if you need help and will give help when it is asked for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in the Brockville store this morning. . ( 7th of August about 11:00 AM. ) There was 2 others in there as well with what one older lady working. I work retail; I realized she had others to tend to, so I didn’t take offence when not being greeted upon arrival. However I did have my children with me who I might add are under 8 y/o. The lady working had by passed talking to
Me but told them not to touch things and not to run in the aisle. I do believe this is not her place to make comments towards another’s children misbehaving or not misbehaving. Even still I then tried to speak to her for help; she immediately went to another customer who had come in after myself; I tried approaching her once again, as a parent with 2 children, trying to run errands as efficiently as I can;I was becoming impatient. Now 3 attempts later to seek help she was playing on her tablet irately . At this point I left. So disappointed in my service or LACK therefore of and the comments towards my children were infuriating on its own. . I will be traveling to Kingston location in the future where there’s never an issue in service .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff always courteous and helpful. Good prices. I just wish the dye color selection was larger/ carried more scope of colors from the brand's they carry. Plenty of brands, but mostly just the same 6 colors.
